  • Day 1 - Arrival Reykjavik

  • Day 2 - Reykjavik - Snaefellsnes & Kirkjufell

    02 Days Snaefellsnes & Kirkjufell Tour - Explore Iceland's beautiful Snaelfellsnes Peninsula, Kirkjufell Mountain, and all that the western coastline has to offer. (Private Tour with an English Speaking Driver)
    08:45 -09:00 Pick-up from Reykjavik, from there we will make our way towards the beautiful landscape of the Snaelfellsnes Peninsula which boasts countless natural wonders, unique landscapes and beautiful coastlines. The first stop is the breathtaking Kirkjufellsfoss Waterfall, located a short walk away from the equally beautiful Kirkjufell mountain, Iceland’s most photographed mountain.
    Continuing along the coast, we pass Gufuskalar before stopping at Djupalonssandur Black Sand Beach. If you walk around the beach you may discover rusty iron remnants of the 1948 shipwrecked scattered along the beach.

  • Day 3 - Snaefellsnes - Reykjavik
    Scandinavian Breakfast at Hotel.

    After breakfast, the journey continues towards Arnarstapi, a small fishing village on the southern coast of Sneafellsnes. Next up we pass the Londrangar rock pinnacles at the base of Snaefellsjokull Glacier, otherwise referred to as the “journey to the centre of the Earth.” (Jules Verne). From here we will start our drive back to Reykjavik passing through Borgarnes, another scenic town on the west coast with beautiful mountains and fjord, on the way. Back to Reykjavik at around 19:00 in the afternoon.

Golfing in Husafell

The scenic 9-hole course in Húsafell is a member of the Golf Federation of Iceland. Designed by Hannes Thorsteinsson, the course features fairways that border two crystal-clear streams and a birch forest. You'll play over the Kaldá and Stuttá rivers and take in some stunning panoramas of the beautiful surrounding area including glacier-topped mountains. Try a round of golf under the midnight sun for the ultimate Icelandic golfing experience.

Vatnshellir Cave Tour (45 Minutes)

45 minute guided tours in English to Vatnshellir cave - It is one of the most easily accessible cave in Iceland. You need to dress warmly for the cave tour, since the temperature is just above freezing throughout the year. Hiking shoes/boots are recommended but sneakers are acceptable. Public Tour

Enjoy year-round access to our swimming complex located just outside the Husafell Hotel. The complex features a thoughtful hillside design, with one pool cascading into the next, looking out over the valley and majestic mountains in the distance. The waters are geothermally heated, meaning this outdoor facility is a delight in all kinds of weather. The complex includes two larger pools, a waterslide and two hot pots with variable temperatures. Good combination after an exciting visit to the Langjokull glacier, just relax in the hot tubs. Public access.
