Webport Ltd. T/A RTS Scandinavia is one of the leading Incoming Tour Operators in Scandinavia, handling tourist groups from Asia into Scandinavia, Iceland & Baltics. The office in Copenhagen is the Contracting and operational Center for our Sales offices in Asia. The head office is based in Hong Kong, with offices in Bangkok, Dubai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Seoul.
At the moment we are 50 employees in Copenhagen of many different nationalities.
The person we are seeking will mainly handle all aspects of the invoicing process, such as registering, approval according to supplier contracts, and booking of invoices, as well as contact to suppliers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Greenland.
In addition normal office work, such as regular mail handling, typing/printing of travel documents, e.g. vouchers, name lists and itineraries.
Solid experience in the Microsoft Office package is a must.
Good with numbers.
Fluent in English, as English is our office language. Knowledge of any of the Scandinavian languages or Baltic languages is an advantage but not a must.
Experience in Accounting and/or office work would be an advantage, but a healthy interest and willingness to learn will do as well.
We are looking for a person, who is willing and eager to work, open and outgoing and with a great sense of responsibility, good with numbers and an interest in accounting. If the applicant has experience in accounting it’s a bonus, but it is not necessary to do the work, as we will provide the relevant training.
The position is a maternity cover from June 1st 2019 to August 1st 2020, so it is a temporary position. Currently there is 3 employees in the accounts team. You will get your own responsibilities, but everyone in Accounts work together as a team.
Salary will be according to qualifications. The position is a full time employment, with a preferred starting date as soon as possible, but no later than July 1st 2019.
